土工试验中弯曲单元量测系统的开发

摘    要:弯曲单元量测系统是一种实验室内用于无损检测土样最大剪切模量的土工试验手段。在综合研究国外同类系统的基础上,对弯曲单元测量系统进行了一系列的改进,简化了其硬件组成,用带声卡的电脑实现了示波器和信号发生器的相关功能;同时开发了配套的软件系统,使土工试验中可以进行实时检测和信号处理。该系统成本低廉、界面友好、操作方便,已经被安装到清华大学动三轴试验系统上,并且在天津新港软粘土动三轴试验中得到应用。

Abstract:The bender element system has been developed to characterize the maximum shearing modulus of soil mass,which provides a reliable and non-destructive method.Based on the review of the similar testing system,a series of improvement has been made to simplify the hardware,using the computer equipped with sound card to replace the oscillograph and signal generator;the software is developed to control the system and process the data in real time.The system is cost-effective with friendly interface,and has been installed in the dynamic tri-axial testing apparatus for application in the tests for Tianjin marine clay.
