| 摘 要： | 构建民主和谐、互尊互爱、平等合作的新型师生关系，会促使教师发挥出最佳的教育热情，调动自身的积极性，创造有利于创新人才成长的良好育人环境；更会激活学生的学习兴趣和主动性，发挥其自身潜能；由此达到师生间相互激励，教学互惠的效果。为此，首先应更新师生关系观念，教师应热爱学生，信任学生，突出民主。

| Abstract: | Structure democracy,harmoniously, new -type teacher-student relationship of loving each other, fair cooperation each other, will impel the teacher to give play to the b est education enthusiasm, will arouse the enthusiasm of oneself, is it help whom innovative talent grow up good to educate people's environment to create; will activate students' study interest and initiative; will give play to its on e's own latent energy.Therefore reach teachers and students one and encourage each other, the mutually beneficial result of teaching. For this o bjective, should newer teacher-student relationship idea at first, teacher shou ld have deep love for student, believe in students, stress democracy. |
