| 摘 要： | 受大学生招生数量上涨较快、就业率低以及全球经济疲软的影响,大学生就业问题引起了国家和政府的高度重视,因此国家指出大众创业、万众创新的方向。基于大学生创业的背景进行分析,借助AHP层次分析法、模糊综合评价构建创业政策指标评价体系、完成对创业政策指标的静态分析。研究显示,各个指标均有利于大学生创业,其中政府支持、家庭支持、金融支持、环境支持对大学生创业的促进作用最为显著,服务支持促进作用最小。最后提出对大学生创业政策进行完善的建议,以期能够为大学生创新创业更好更快的发展做出贡献。

| Abstract: | Influenced by the rapid increase in the number of college students,the low employment rate and the weak global economy,the employment problem of college students has attracted great attention of the state and government,therefore,the state points out the direction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.With the help of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation system of entrepreneurship policy indicators is constructed,and the static analysis of entrepreneurship policy indicators is completed.The research shows that all indicators are conducive to college students’entrepreneurship,among which government support,family support,financial support and environmental support play the most significant role in promoting college students'entrepreneurship,while service support plays the least role,Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the policy of college students’entrepreneurship so as to contribute to the better and faster development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship. |
