| 摘 要： | 职业院校学生学习兴趣不高,学习态度不够端正,没有养成良好的学习习惯,学风建设难度大。技能大赛营造了良好的职业教育发展氛围,能够引领职业院校人才培养与产业发展相结合,引导职业院校创新培养模式,突出岗位能力培养,从而激发学生的学习兴趣和动力,增强学生的学习自信心。技能大赛通过营造学技能、比技能,技能宝贵、劳动光荣的良好氛围,构建以职业能力培养为主线的人才培养体系,建立真实应用驱动教学模式改革的长效机制,搭建校企合作技术技能积累和创新平台,营造浓厚的学习风气,不断提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Nowadays vocational college students’learning interest is not high enough,learning attitude is not correct enough,and they have not formed good learning habits,so it is difficult to build learning spirit.The skills competition has created a good atmosphere for vocational education development,it can lead vocational colleges to combine talent training with industrial development,and guide vocational colleges to innovate training models,highlight the cultivation of post competence,stimulates students study interest and power,enhances their study self-confidence.By creating a good atmosphere of learning skills,comparing skills,valuable skills and glorious labor,a talent training system with professional ability training as the main line is built,and a long-term mechanism of truly application-driven teaching model reform is established.So,we can build a platform for technology accumulation and innovation in school-enterprise cooperation,create a strong learning atmosphere and improve the quality of talent development. |
