| 摘 要： | 中国民间传统体育是一种具有特殊形式的体育活动，完全来源于生产与生活。文章试图从一些民间体育项目的由来、发展以及未来的趋势来阐述民间体育在生活中的重要性及趣味性，从中国民间体育的文化特性、民间体育与现代体育的联系、以及民间体育的生存与发展等方面进行探讨，从而挖掘和改善民间体育的土壤，让中华民族精神之奇葩更加艳丽。

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional folk sports is physical activity that has special form.They completely originates from production and daily life. Through the origins and developing tendency of some folk sports activities, the paper studies the intrests and importance of the folk sports in the daily life. The article have discussed Chinese folk sports cultural character, the relationship between folk sports and modem sports and their development, for the aim of improve their developing conditions and for the purpose of promoting their development. |
