| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着建设社会主义新农村进程的加快,农业继续教育日益成为农业现代化建设中备受关注的焦点.尽管国内外学者对此已有一定的研究,但基于农业专业技术人员视角的农业继续教育的研究相对缺乏.本文根据在福建、安徽、山东和黑龙江四省的调查数据,深入分析了农业专业技术人员对继续教育的认知态度、参与行为及其需求意愿.结果表明,农业继续教育中存在着认知度低、积极性差、投入和激励不足等缺陷,且农业专业技术人员对继续教育的认知、参与行为和需求意愿受到其职称的影响.在此基础上,本文提出加大继续教育的宣传力度、完善继续教育的制度体系、增加继续教育的财政支持以及建立分层分类的继续教育培训体系等相关政策建议.
