| 摘 要： | 金砖国家作为一个新的国际合作平台,在经济技术合作方面有着广阔的前景.建立和完善金砖国家科技合作模式及平台,有利于突破西方国家的技术壁垒、从外部获得短缺的技术要素以及开展具有大型化和复杂化特征的现代科学研究.金砖国家科技合作已有一定基础,科技资源具有互补优势,但还存在缺乏多边合作、缺乏协调机制、缺乏信息平台等问题.金砖国家科技合作属于政府主导型,主要方式有政府联合开展国际科技合作计划、人力资源计划和政府采购项目下的国际科技合作.同时,需要构建科技合作平台,包括网络平台、服务体系、人才交流平台和保障机制等.中国应该正确把握在金砖国家科技合作中的战略定位,积极倡导科技合作平台建设,参与重要领域和项目合作,推动创新环境与合作机制的完善.
