| 摘 要： | :为了解我国职业足球教练员的应激源及消除方式 ,采用开放式问卷 ,对 38名甲 B足球队中方教练员进行了调查 ,并将所得资料通过意思相近的内容逐级归纳分析。得出教练员的应激源有自身素质和能力不足 ,实施计划难 ,比赛成绩的压力 ,队员的素质和能力差 ,队伍人员结构不稳定 ,社会外界的压力 ,俱乐部方面的压力 ,共 7个方面的因素。对应激的消除方式上 ,教练员们更多的采用积极性思维和行为调节方式 ,占反应总数的 6 0 .5 3% ,而回避性思维和行为调节的方式也占反应总数的 39.47%。这一结果基本上反映了我国职业足球教练员的应激源和消除方式的特点

| Abstract: | The open ended questionnaires were adopted to understand the stress sources and ways to cope with stress in Chinese professional football coaches. 38 Chinese coaches of class B football teams were investigated. The contents of the data gained in the investigation were summed up. Seven general dimensions of stress source and ways to cope with the stress were identified. The coaches were lack of good qualities and competencies of their own. They had difficulty in carrying out their training plans and had pressures from the results of their players in competition. The players were poor in quality and competency. Personnel of their teams were often changed. There were also pressures from the clubs and from the outside society. To cope with the stress, the coaches mainly adopted positive thinking and behavior regulation, which accounts for 60.53% of the total answers. And the avoidance thinking and behavior regulation were taken 39.47% of the total. The results generally reflected the characteristics of the stress sources and ways to cope with stress in the Chinese professional football coaches. |
