大鼠右后肢固定及康复期参加体力活动对跟骨的影响

摘    要:用石膏固定42只大白鼠的右后肢4周,去固定后第一、二、四周参加慢跑训练(左后肢供自身对照).用软X线及CT底片拍照,经光学显微镜放大35倍,计算跟骨骨小梁数目;直接测量跟骨各径线、体积;用X线骨密度仪测定跟骨结节的骨密度.结果表明,固定4周后,跟骨宽径及体积变大、变形;骨小梁数目减少.康复慢跑训练,右跟骨骨膜反应.足、踝损伤经石膏固定的运动员,提踵能力下降,不敢持重,不敢完成跳跃落地动作,其基本病理变化之一是骨质疏松.

Abstract:In this study, the right hindlimbs of 42 rats were immobilized with plaster cast for 4 weeks and jogging training started in the 1st, 2nd and 4th weeks after defixation. With soft X-ray and CT negative, photographs were taken and enlarged 35 times. The number of bone-trabecula, length, width and volume of calcaneus were measured and bone density of calcaneus tubercle was examined with X-ray bone density device. The results indicated that after 4 weeks fixation, the width and volume of calcaneus increased and deformed; the number of bone-trabecula reduced; the rehabilitating jogging caused the reaction of periosteum of the right calcaneus. Previous studies have reported that players whose injured feet or ankles had been immobilized with plaster cast showed reduced ability of raising heel and feared to bear weight or to finish jumping and landing movements. One of the basic pathological changes was osteoporosis.
