| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通运营管理专业是交通运输类高职院校的一个主干专业,随着城市轨道交通行业的发展,社会对城市轨道交通运营管理专业人才的技能和综合素质要求越来越高。提高高职毕业生的综合素质和职业能力,培养适合城市轨道交通行业发展的高素质人才,是当今交通运输类高职院校面临的巨大课题。结合辽宁铁道职业技术学院正在进行的辽宁省职业教育改革发展示范学校建设实际,对城市轨道交通运营管理专业人才培养模式的改革和创新进行探索和研究。

| Abstract: | Urban operation and management of rail transit specialty is a major specialty in higher vocational college of transportation, along with the development of city rail transit industry, city rail transit industry has a increasingly high demand on the professional skills and comprehensive quality. Therefore, how to improve the comprehensive quality and occupation ability of vocational graduates, and to cultivate high-quality talents is a huge task confronting higher vocational transportation college. In this paper, we do exploration and research on the reform and innovation of talent training model in urban operation and management of rail transit specialty according to the actual situation of the reform and development demonstration school being construction in Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College. |
