| 摘 要： | 当前我国贫富差距过大，收入分配中也存在着高收人群体和低收入群体两极化的二元现象，这显然不利于我国和谐社会的构建，政府当局应从扩大就业、制订扶贫性区域经济政策、深化税制改革、建立健全社会保障体系、深化分配制度改革等方面努力，尽快缩小贫富差距。尽快扩大中等收入者比重，为我国尽快迈进小康社会打下基础。

| Abstract: | There is a distinctive gap between the poor and the rich in China nowadays. The polarization between the high income group and the lower one exists in the field of distribution of income. This makes it difficult for the establishing of our harmonic society. In order to minimize the big difference between the poor and the rich, expand the proportion of medium income group as soon as possible, the government should try the following methods to get the efficient result in basing the well-developing society: promote the work opportunities in society, execute poor-assisting areal economical policy, deepen the reformation in taxation, establish wealthy social guaranteed system, deepen the reformation in the field of distribution. |
