水果中残留有机磷农药测定的气相色谱法研究

摘    要:在水果的生长过程中,使用有机磷农药是不可避免的,而残留的有机磷农药影响人们的身体健康.在测定残留的有机磷农药含量时,将水果匀浆后经混合溶剂提取,固相萃取柱净化,经气相色谱FPD检测,各种有机磷农药的相关系数r均在0.99以上,平均回收率为60.0%~98.9%,相对标准偏差RSD为6.57%~19.0%,最低检出限为1μg/mL.它能满足多种残留有机磷农药的同时测定.

Abstract:The simultaneous detection is argued with gas chromatography method for the organophosphorous pesticide residues in fruits. After slurrying of fruits, mixed solvents are distilled, and extraction pole purified. Result shows the correlation coefficient of this method to diversified organophosphorous pesticide is more than 0.99, recovery 60.0 % -- 98.9 %, relative standard deviation (RSD) 6.57 % -- 19.0 % , and the limit 1μg/mL. It is concluded that this method meets the need of simultaneous detection of organophosphorous pesticide residues in fruits for its complete extraction, accuracy, and simplicity.
