| 摘 要： | 地名作为最常用的社会公共信息之一,不仅与人们的日常生活息息相关,而且是国家行政管理、经济建设不可或缺的基础信息资源。探讨了基础地名信息系统的设计路线和方法,实现了地名数据的采集、编辑、查询、入库及空间量算、地名定位等功能。

| Abstract: | As one of the most commonly used social information,placename is not only closely related with people's daily life,but also the indispensable basic information resources of the national administration management,economic development.This paper discusses routes and methods of designing basic placename information system and realizes some founctions,such as the placename data's collection,editing,query,entering into database and spatial calculation,placename locating and so on. |
