| 摘 要： | 本文以教育理论为依据 ,对当前关于“素质教育”分类讨论中的“身心健康”的聚类与体育的关系 ,以及理论界不少学者把培养学生心理素质扩展为体育内涵的提法进行了全面的分析讨论 ,认为 :体育在素质教育中的定位应是发展学生的身体素质和增进健康。

| Abstract: | This paper is mean to present a totally new discussion and analysis on the relationship between physical education and the comprehensive state of mental and physical health put forward in the current discussions of quality education, as well as on the definition made by many theoretical scholars, which regards the cultivation of students' psychological diathesis as the basic connotation of physical education.We think, in the realm of quality education, physical education should focus on developing students' physical fitness and improving their fitness. |
