| Abstract: | The cultivation of student cadres in art colleges is important,for necessary cultivation can help them better carry out their work,and form a more harmonious working atmo- sphere. In the cultivation, we should pay attention to all-mem- ber participation,whole-process cultivation and multi-faceted cultivation. After knowing about the rules of student cadre de- velopment in art colleges,we can train them to be a quality cadre team with good psychological condition and excellent comprehensive quality. |
