| 摘 要： | 后勤服务育人是高等体育院校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,针对体育院校学生特点,后勤的服务育人功能是通过服务和管理两方面体现的,广大后勤职工通过良好的职业道德、优质的服务、无私的奉献精神、优雅的服务环境使学生在接受服务与管理的过程中受到潜移默化的教育,从而达到育人的目的。
