| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济区域化和双边贸易的日益加深，中韩两国政府也表现出组建自由贸易区（FTA）的意愿。中韩FTA是否能够实现以及如何实现已成为当前各界普遍关注的焦点。本文首先从静态效应和动态效应两个角度研究中韩FTA的建立对两国经济的预期影响，指出中韩FTA将对两国GDP、经济福利、贸易条件和进出口总量产生积极的影响，然后在全面分析两国FTA推进过程中所面临的阻碍因素的基础上，提出促进中韩FTA早日实现的战略步骤及中国应采取的战略措施。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of regional integration and bilateral trade,China and South Korea showed willingness of forming free trade area (FTA).At present,whether China-South Korea FTA can be formed and how to be formed has become the focus of concern at all levels.Firstly,this paper forecasted the economic effects of China-Korea FTA on both countries from static and dynamic angles respectively,and got the conclusion that China-Korea FTA would bring about positive effects for GDP,economic welfare,terms of trade and trade volume.And then,by analyzing the barriers and problems existed during the process of forming China-Korea FTA,the paper put forward some strategic steps and measures to realize China-Korea FTA as quickly as possible. |
