| 摘 要： | 幼儿园教师评价中存在着奖惩性评价为主、缺乏质性评价、评价指标设置不科学、教师被动、评价结果利用有限等问题,通过纵向比较、过程性评价、设置科学有效的评价指标、多视角进行评价、质性量化评价结合、档案袋评价法、制定专业发展规划和有效利用评价结果等方式来建构促进幼儿园教师专业发展的评价方式。
