| 摘 要： | 采用问文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对我省5所高校体育院系体育教育专业毕业生择业取向进行调查。结果表明,体育教育专业大学生择业取向呈多元化趋势,专业对口观念逐渐淡化,更注重个人未来发展,但对工资待遇期望值过高。提出了增强自身素质、贴近就业现状、走近就业市场的建议。

| Abstract: | By questionnaire survey,literature,interviews,etc.surveg on the province 5 Physical Education Physical Education Department and the Employment Situation of Graduates of the problems.The results showed that: In recent years,physical education in PE Department is very low employment rate of graduates,ranked last in the various institutions,the overall initial employment rate of less than half of college students over the same period.Physical education students in the narrow employment,jobs lag behind the increase in the pace of enrollment,professional training and can not meet market demand,some graduates are not allowed and so positioning.Department of Sports and curriculum in the professional setting is not quite reasonable,the quality of missing college students,the employment system and human resources to increase the stock of the main reasons for this factor when the constraints,and propose countermeasures against these problems and suggestions. |
