| 摘 要： | 研究和实施小城镇可持续发展，既是城市可持续发展的需要，也是农村可持续发展的需要，对提高我国城市化推进质量，确保城乡经济协调发展和整个国民经济的可持续发展具有重大意义。小城镇可持续发展是指小城镇建设和发展，以小城镇人口发展和素质提高为核心，谋求小城镇生态-经济-社会三者协调发展。本文阐述了我国小城镇可持续发展的现状和存在的问题，并对其内涵进行探讨。

This text explains the current situation of sustainable development of small town of our country and existing problem, and carry on the discussion to its intension. |
