| 摘 要： | 以改革我国现行的成人高等教育招生政策为目的，通过对1999年扩招以来《教育部关于做好全国成人高等学校招生工作的通知》文本的解读，结合自身所从事的成人高等教育管理工作实践，从招生政策制定的角度，对近年来成人高等教育招生政策的变化进行分析，并提出具体可行的改革与发展对策。

| Abstract: | The passage aims at reforming the current adult higher education enrollment policy of china.With the comprehending of the Notice of Nationwide Adult Higher Schools' Enrollment Work issued by the Ministry of Education since the Year 1999 extending enrollment,and combining with my work experience in the management of adult higher education,the author analyses recent years' changes of the adult higher education enrollment policy,tries to discover its existing problems and puts forward feasible reform and development countermeasures from the view of formulating the policy. |
