| 摘 要： | 本文论述了在我国这样一个多民族文化的国家里发展民族高等教育的必要性和重要意义，详细论述了民族高等教育的独特内涵特征，包括教育主体的多样化、教育政策的特殊化、教育模式的特色化、校园文化的多元化及教育使命的双重化等；从发展定位、教育理念等方面分析了现实情境下民族高等教育的改革与发展思路。
