| 摘 要： | 中国的腐败主要是指行政权力和司法权力的腐败.腐败总是与一定的公共权力密切相关,即腐败总是权力的腐败.权力腐败表现为权力的非责任化和权力的权利化.遏制权力腐败的途径和方法很多,要防止权力滥用,遏制权力腐败,必须为权力的运作设立一个合理的界限即权力之间的制衡.

| Abstract: | The corruption in China refers mainly to the corruption in administrative and judicial powers.It is always closely related to the public powers.The power corruption represents in the non responsibility and profane abuses of powers.There are many ways and means to contain it.The reasonable limits of power operation must be fixed to keep the balance between powers in order to prevent the abuse of privileges and contain power corruption. |
