| 摘 要： | 随着对外开放政策的实施，内蒙古经济获得持续快速发展，但是，也存在不少问题和不足。本文首先描述了对外开放取得的成就，然后详细地研究了内蒙古对外开放中存在的问题和不足，最后，分析指出解决这些问题的措施和对策。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of opening-up policy, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has achieved sustainable and rapid development in the economy. However, there are some problems and deficiencies inevitably. This paper first describes the achievements after the opening to the outside world, then it studies in detail the problems and deficiencies in Inner Mongolia during the opening-up. Finally it points out some measures and suggestions to solve these problems. |
