| 摘 要： | 成功教学意在激发学生的潜能，追求学生自身基础上的最大发展，通过教学的改善，使学生不断获得多方面的成功。教学的成功需要教师对学生寄予一定的积极期望。该文说明了“期望效应”及其对学生的心理产生的作用，同时指出了教学中教师对学生积极期望的具体实施。
