LAS降解菌分离、驯化及降解能力的研究

摘    要:通过实验,从长期被洗涤涤剂污染的土壤中获得了对十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)降解能力较强的细菌,在一定条件下测定了该菌种的生长情况及对LAS的降解能力.24小时内,菌体生长很快,40mg/ l的LAS的菌悬液的吸光度 (OD值) 达0.781,240mg/ l的OD 值为0.509. 在48小时内, 40mg/ l的 LAS 的去除率为 59.41%,高浓度的LAS(240mg/ l)的去除率为31.63%;240小时内,40mg/ l的LAS去除率为85.71%,240mg/ l的LAS去除率为 38.76%.

Abstract:The experiments showed that bacteria which could be isolated from the soil with a long-term pollution with detergent, had been tammed to have stronger capability of degarding LAS than others. The LAS-degradation bacteria could replicate rapidly within 24 hours, and the study showed that the OD of the bacteria suspension with 40 mg/l LAS was 0.781 and that with 240 mg/l was 0.509. The lab outcome also demonstrated that, within 48 hours their efficiency of degrading LAS for the LAS concentration of 40 mg/l was 59.41%, and for the high one (240mg/l)was 31.63%, and that within 240 hours, theirs for 40 mg/l was 85.71% and for 240 mg/l was 38.76%.
