| 摘 要： | 概述国内外学者对知识管理关键成功因素认识的不同观点,利用归纳法得出知识管理关键成功因素主要包括6个方面,即高层管理者的领导与支持、组织（企业）文化、信息技术设施、培训（学习）、知识结构、绩效评价,解析这6种关键成功因素对知识管理实施的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes various views of critical success factors of knowledge management recognized by scholars at home and aboard, and reaches a conclusion that critical success factors of knowledge management mostly include six aspects, namely, top management leadership and support, organizational culture or corporate culture, information systems infrastructure, training and learning, knowledge structure, performance measurement. At last, it analyses the effects of the six critical success factors to knowledge management implementation. |
