| 摘 要： | 作为一种全新的文明发展模式,科学发展观以统筹经济社会的协调发展,协调经济、社会、环境、资源与人的关系,完善人的生存环境,逐渐增进人民福祉为手段,以实现人的全面发展为核心价值取向。它突出强调以人为本的思想,凸现人的全面发展是其它一切发展的根本动力和源泉,目的是要用新的发展理念培养出能实施人与社会可持续发展的责任者、实践者和有道德的人、全面发展的人。

| Abstract: | As a brand-new civilization development pattern,the scientific view of development,by the method of planning the coordination development of the economy and society,coordinates the relationship of economy,society,environment,natural resources,and human being,consummates the environment of human beings,and gradually promotes the welfare of the people.It takes as the core value orientation the realization of all-round development of human being.It prominently emphasizes the principle of putting people first,and stresses that the all-round development of human being is the motive power and resource of all the other kinds of development.The goal is to cultivate the human being with new development idea,who can carry out the sustainable development of human being and society,and is a man with morality and all-round development. |
