| 摘 要： | 企业环境战略成为目前企业管理研究的热点问题。本文主要研究了环境战略理论的起源和主要观点，结合美国钢铁企业对待环境责任问题上经历的成本最小化、成本效益相结合及有效环境控制三个阶段，分析了企业在不同的发展阶段如何改变环境战略策略。

| Abstract: | With more attention has been paying to environment, Environmental Strategy becomes a new trend of enterprise management. The paper studies the origin and some main points of environmental strategy. By describing three steps to environment responsibility experienced by US steel industry, Minimum Cost, giving attention to both cost and benefit, and efficient environmental control, the paper tries to give a further understanding on enterprises how to choose environmental strategies in different developmental process. The aim of the research is to prepare for the following researchers and practicers to acquire further understanding of Environmental Strategy. |
