| 摘 要： | 股权式联盟通常被认为是一种稳定的战略联盟形式,但实际上,其失败率也很高。西方学者认为平衡的所有权结构是稳定的,双方强弱对比的战略联盟是不稳定的。考虑资源类型对战略联盟的影响,通过资源类型和股权结构划分了四种类型股权式战略联盟,分析了资源类型对战略联盟稳定性的影响。并进一步指出这一结论对中国企业战略联盟的启示。

| Abstract: | The alliance type of stockholder's rights was usually considered that is one kind of stable strategic alliance form,but in fact,its failure rate is also very high.The western scholar thought that the balanced property rights structure is stable,the bilateral strong and the weak contrast's strategic alliance is unstable.This article has considered that the resources type to strategic alliance's influence,has divided four type stockholder's rights type strategic alliance through the resources type and the stockholder's rights structure,has analyzed the resources type influenced to the stability of the strategic alliance,and further points out the enlightenment to the strategy alliance of Chinese enterprises. |
