| 摘 要： | 运用参考文献法，从体育教学实践着手，探讨快乐体育理念和快乐体育教育思想。利用改变教学方法和教学手段，创设和谐、生动、活泼的教学环境，使学生快乐地进行体育学习，自觉主动地发展体育能力，增强体力和智力，培养良好的思想品德，享受体育学习的乐趣，予以自己终身健康。

| Abstract: | This paper explored the conception of the pleasure of P.E and the education idea of happy P.E during the teaching practice by changing teaching approaches and means and creating a lively and harmonic teaching atmosphere so that the students can be ready and active to develop their personalities and P.E abilities to strengthen their physical and mental conditions and improve their moral quality.Let them enjoy the physical education and enjoy the lifelong health from the pleasure of the P.E. |
