| 摘 要： | 大爱精神是大学制度文化的核心理念,大爱精神是大学文化之魂,一所大学的大爱精神决定着这所大学文化的发展方向。大学要实现培养社会主义事业合格建设者与可靠接班人的根本任务,就应该在坚持社会主义核心价值理念的基础上,弘扬以人为本的大爱精神。文章探讨了大学大爱精神的特征,大爱精神建设取得的成就,以及大学在弘扬大爱精神中存在的问题,最后提出了大学培育大爱精神的途径。
