| 摘 要： | 高职院校工学结合课程体系构建应坚持"以就业为导向、以素质教育为基础、以能力培养为核心"的方针,坚持知识、能力、素质三位一体,强调课程体系的职业性和开放性,建设理论教学、实践教学、综合素质教育相统一的课程教学体系。工学结合课程体系要体现岗位能力与课程模块的一致性,课程内容与生产实际的一致性,校内实训与企业工作的一致性,校内课程考核与岗位技能考核的一致性,学校管理与企业管理的一致性。

| Abstract: | The construction of curriculum system of the combination of working and learning should adhere to the approach of taking employment as the orientation,quality-oriented education as the basis and capacity-building as the core,adhere to the trinity of knowledge,capacity and quality,stress the vocational and open nature of curriculum system,construct curriculum system by integrating theory teaching,practice teaching and overall quality education. The curriculum system of the combination of working and learning should reflect the consistency of working-post ability and curriculum module,practice in school and work in enterprise,curriculum assessment and post-skill examination,school management and enterprise management. |
