| 摘 要： | 党的十九大报告指出,“建设生态文明是中华民族永续发展的千年大计,必须树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念;坚定走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路,建设美丽中国,为人民创造良好生产生活环境,为全球生态安全作出贡献。”秦汉时期既是中国历史上第一个农业开发的高潮期,同时也是古代第一个灾害高发期。生态环境的质量大不如先秦,对生产生活产生诸多影响,有识之士为此各抒己见,形成的生态思想对环境保护和社会治理起到了积极的作用。系统探讨秦汉生态环境思想的历史地位及时代意蕴,有助于我们更好地传承中国古典文化,对于当今的生态文明建设也具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The advantages and disadvantages of the ecological environment are directly related to the survival and development of human beings.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party states:Building ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the everlasting development of the Chinese nation,must establish and practice the green hills and blue waters is the jinshan yinshan concept,stepping firmly to the path of productive development,living,rich and ecologically sound civilization,building a beautiful China,create a good production and living environment for the people and contribute to global ecological security.This paper chooses the representative Qin and Han period as the research time node,this period was the first high tide of agricultural development in Chinese history,it was also the first time in ancient times.Systematically discuss the ecological environment thought of Qin and Han,helps us to better inherit Chinese classical culture,it is also of great significance for the construction of ecological civilization today. |
