| 摘 要： | 我国正处在高等教育发展的重要时期，实现高等教育区域发展意义重大。高等教育的区域发展，主要是指高等教育地方化。高等教育地方化可以促使高等教育加强与地方经济发展的联系，从而更好地服务于地方经济的发展。高等教育地方化既有理论依据，又有国际经验。只要我们按照教育规律办事，认真借鉴他国之经验，处理好地方高等教育面临的问题，高等教育地方化将成为我国高等教育发展的必然趋势。
