| 摘 要： | 在科技创新对经济的贡献中，风险投资是尖端技术崛起的一个关键因素。章在概述了风险投资的概念、特征和作用等的基础上，对中美风险投资的发展进行了较为详实的对比分析，由此指出了我国风险投资业目前存在的问题，进而提出相关发展对策和建议。

On the basis of generalizing the conception?characteristics and functions of risk investment, this article mainly carrys on analyzing the development of Sino-American risk investment comparatively and accurately, finally gives some suggestions to develop our country's risk investment. |
