| 摘 要： | 针对我国网络灰色文献建设现状，分析网络灰色文献在开发和利用方面存在的问题，提出建立网络灰色文献管理体系、积极开辟收集途径、实现标准化和规范化建设、加强网络灰色文献版权保护、开发数据库管理系统、促进合作共建、推动开放存取以及开展深层次开发与服务等对策。
