| 摘 要： | 从高校图书馆数字资源采购评价的特点出发，建立了一套包括资源内容、系统平台和使用价值等五个方面内容的评价指标体系，并进一步给出了一种由语言变量和TOPSIS构成的组合评价方法。最后，通过一个算例说明了该方法的应用过程和有效性。
