| 摘 要： | 搞好高校的思想政治工作，直接关系到学生的培养质量。文章认为，要搞好高校的思想政治工作，必须抓好以下几项工作：构建以人为本的和谐校园环境；确立学生在思想政治工作中的主体地位；积极推进思想政治课的改革，提高思想政治课的针对性和实效性；建立调动高校思想政治工作队伍积极性的激励机制；加强校园网管理，主动抢占网络阵地；加强校园网管理，主动抢占网络阵地；开展心理健康教育，促进学生健康成长。

| Abstract: | Ideological education has the direct relation to the qualities of university graduates. The article says that some tasks are very important in strengthening ideological education in universities： 1 ） build a human-centered harmonious campus ; 2） establish the main position of students; 3） advance the reform of ideological courses; 4） increase the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological courses; 5） set up inspiring mechanism for ideological teachers; 6） intensify the management of campus network; 7） develop mental health instruction. |
