| 摘 要： | 师范技能是教师专业素质的重要组成部分,但目前我国高校在师范技能训练方面存在师资力量缺乏、训练形式孤立、训练缺乏连续性和系统性的不足等问题。针对上述问题,提出了基于网络环境"师范技能"教学与训练模式,探讨了网络平台中教与学的策略,为提高师范生专业素质提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | This article puts forward the teaching and training modes of ＂normal skills＂ based on the web environ ment by analyzing the characteristics of the teaching and training of normal skills in normal schools. In order to pro vide normal students with reference of professional quality, the article discusses strategies of learning and teaching in network platform. |
