| 摘 要： | 中学生面对中考、高考的压力,同伴竞争的人际适应问题越来越突出.根据中学生同伴竞争人际适应问题产生的原因及其表现,教育工作者要重视两条教育对策：第一,对中学生群体进行面对同伴竞争的人际交往技能的训练;第二,针对少数问题严重的学生进行必要的心理辅导.

| Abstract: | The Interpersonal Maladjustment of Peer Competition(IMAPC) of middle school students is becoming more and more prominent as the result of the pressure of the entrance examinations for colleges and senior middle schools.Based on the analysis of the reason and behavior of IMAPC,the educators are required to,firstly,help the students to acquire interpersonal communication skills,and secondly,provide psychological counseling for those with serious problems of mental health. |
