| 摘 要： | 由于高职高专学生英语水平差距较大,传统的教学方法已不能满足所有学生的需求,＂因材施教,分层教学＂势在必行。在分层教学实践中,将教学对象（学生）分层,教学目标分层,教学方法分层,教学评价分层,大大提高了教学效果。

| Abstract: | In higher vocational colleges,the students are at different levels of English proficiency,and traditional teaching methods are not fit for all the students.It is imperative to adopt the approach of group teaching.In the practice of group teaching,in order to satisfy all the students' needs,we have grouped teaching objects(students),teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching evaluations,which has greatly improved the effect of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. |
