| 摘 要： | 哈佛大学本科生教育的重要特色之一是住宿制和导师制,学院式生活方式一直是哈佛大学的崇高目标。哈佛大学的住宿制和导师制经历了模仿起步、中道废弛、改造重振、稳步发展的历程,成为哈佛大学本科生必修课程、选修课程之外的第三课程,第三课程为学生营造一种全方位、全时段的教育氛围和成长环境,成为塑造学生品行和素质的重要影响力量,从而更彻底全面地落实培养全人的目标。

| Abstract: | The most fascinating features of Harvard undergraduate education are its residential and tutorial systems,which have undergone the four stages of transition:imitation,disposal or relaxation,restoration,and steady development.Now in Harvard this has become the third curriculum secondary to the compulsory and optional curricula. |
