| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校不断扩大的办学规模，对教学运行机制的科学合理性和灵活性提出了更高要求。新建地方本科院校必须创新二级学院教学运行机制，使之体现协调性、动态性、多样性和开放性的特点，以此提高教学管理的有效性，从而确保人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The newly-built local universities have expanded,which raise higher standards for rationality and flexibility of colleges＇ running system. The newly-built local universities have to innovate the running system of private agencies and make them possess the characteristics of compatibility, dynamics, diversity and openness. Only in this way will we improve the effectiveness of teaching management and ensure the quality of talents. |
