| 摘 要： | 本文通过对瑜伽的生理和心理功效的分析,与传统的体育疗法相比较,说明瑜伽作为一种体育疗法比传统的体育疗法具有更多的优势,提出把瑜伽这种体育疗法广泛的推广及运用到各种类型的疾病康复过程中。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the mental and physiological effect of yoga, and comparing with traditional sport therapy, this paper points out that yoga, as sport therapy has more advantage than traditional sport therapy and puts forward that yoga can be promoted in the application of illness rehabilitation. |
