| 摘 要： | 基于对浙江、天津、上海、广东等地方基层团组织的实际工作的考察,当前共青团组织参与社会管理和公共服务有四大模式,即地校、地地合作模式、机构合署办公模式、公共服务购买模式和整体化服务供给模式。这些模式反映出新时期共青团等复合型社团参与社会管理和公共服务的新体制、新机制,即网络化合作、项目化管理、社会化运作、市场化竞争、一站式服务等制度形式。
