| 摘 要： | 党的十七大全面深刻地阐明了科学发展观,对深入贯彻落实科学发展观提出了新的要求,并明确指出要完善有利于节约能源资源和保护生态环境的法律和政策,强化防灾减灾工作,加快形成可持续发展的体制机制。加强森林防火工作是保护森林安全,促进生态文明建设的紧迫任务,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的客观要求。要以科学发展观为指导,探索、完善促进森林防火科学发展的机制措施
