| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制和教育体制改革的不断深入,高等职业教育持续快速发展。从毕业生跟踪调查结果出发,分析高职院校人才培养模式、教育体系、就业观念等方面未能适应新时期高职教育变化的情况,并就新时期高职院校培养社会需求型人才提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | With the on-going reform of the economic system and educational system of China,advanced vocational education is developing continuously and rapidly.Based on the tracing investigate results of the graduates,this paper tries to work out the situation that vocational colleges' talents training pattern,educational system and employment conception don't adapt to the changes of the vocational education in new period.And it gives some advice on training talents that can meet the social demands. |
