| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,认清发展社会主义市场经济与反腐败斗争的复杂关系和基本特点,是非常必要的.在社会主义市场经济中,由于货币的腐蚀性等多种原因易产生腐败;但是,随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善、社会主义市场经济的发展,社会主义市场经济有利于开展反腐败斗争.因此,在发展社会主义市场经济的过程中,我们要充分认识并努力适应反腐败斗争的新形势,研究和制定新形势下反腐败斗争的新思路和新办法.

| Abstract: | In new environment,it is of great necessity to be clearly aware of the basic characteristic and complecated relationship between socialist market economy and anti corruption.In market economy of socialism,there are many factors,such as the monetary corrosiveness,which may lead to corruption.But,after the establishment and improvement of the socialist merket economic system,the development of socialist market economy will prov to be good for anti corruption.Therefore,in the process of development of socialist market economy,we must have full knowladge of and adjust orselves to the new situation and change our mind and study the new method of anti corruption in the new environment. |
