高性能电动机电子保护器的设计

摘    要:保护特性是电动机过载保护中最重要的性能指标,电子保护器因保护特性差而没有取代现行的双金属片式热继电器。结合电动机的温升和散热特点,采用7点跟踪法,利用电压比较器和模拟电子开关构成可变时间常数积分电路,实现了对电动机良好的反时限过载保护。

Abstract:Protection is the most important character in the overload protection of electromotor,and the current bimetal thermo relay has not yet been replaced due to the bad protection of electron protector.It can change the time constant integrator and achieve the anti-timing overload protection of the electromotor,by combining the exotherm and heat elimination character of electromotor,applying the 7-point tracking method and using the voltage comparator and simulate electron switcher.
